American Coffee Cake Loaf (no coffee in it - to be had with a cup of coffee!)

Lisa's favourite cake - long requested by customers but held back by Lisa as it's so special to her. She has now relented and is happily sharing this delightful cake with you all. It has a pecan, cinnamon streusel inside and on top, with a delicious vanilla glaze. This cake has been compared to a cinnamon pecan bun, only in a moist delicious cake form. Note - there is no coffee in this cake, it is a cake to have with coffee or tea, or in Lisa's case a glass of milk! If you've met Lisa, you will have heard this before! Contains nuts.
